About Us
Founded over 10 years ago, Java Been is a bustling café. With our high ceilings and "found space" appeal, the café has come to host exhibitions, meetings, board game events, and local bands. It has become an integral part of the arts revival community that has taken root in the Arts District near Fremont Street.
Vision
We take pride in our community, striving to provide a creative space with gourmet coffee, tantalizing baked goods, and music to inspire the artist's soul. We serve everyone from students, artists, and tourists to business owners and CEOs.
Company Milestones
2012
We officially opened our doors Halloween Day 2012. We had a wonderful opening event and celebrated with our now many regulars.
2014
After many requests from our customers we hosted our first Board Game Event at the café.
2015
We celebrated our 5 years of business with partnering businesses in the Arts District. We donated some of the proceeds to local schools.
2016
We won The Best of Las Vegas Award for Best Coffee House. What an honor it was.
2017
One of our lovely baristas, Al Dunkaccino, won first prize in the World Barista Championship!
2019
Word of mouth has made it so that we were voted as the best recommended café by Trip Advisor.
